My List

The things I am going to work on throughout 2012 to make myself a better person:
(some are silly and some are huge)...
  • finally become an adult and work on my finances and get everything in order
  • overcome some of my fears
  • run a mile on the treadmill without my hip hurting
  • run a 5K
  • run a 10K
  • learn how to cook fish and eat it more often
  • eat "clean"
  • work out and continue to strive to burn 3,500 calories a week
  • learn to "listen to my body" and what it is telling me
  • write down EVERYTHING I eat and my workout calorie totals
  • keep my room clean and organized... throughout the week
  • bike in the Bike NYC event
  • do laundry more then once a month!!
  • call my friends more!
  • go on dates with boys!
  • lose more weight (how much is not the goal-the goal is to feel amazing in my skin and LOVE shopping!)
  • wear my hair down more often (which then entails blow drying my hair more...why am I spending so much money on hair cuts when I always just wear it up??)
